| About Ananda Aromatherapy Essential Oils: |
All oils from Ananda Aromatherapy are therapeutic grade, meaning they are produced to the highest quality standards possible. Our essential oils are chosen for their integrity (all chemical constituents important for aromatherapy are intact), ecological 'soundness' (most are organic or wild grown - as is this lavender oil), and wonderful aromas. You may order a sample of any oil before trying larger amounts. Most samples are about .75ml; exotic oils such as Melissa, Rose, Angelica and Jasmine are only a few drops, but certainly enough to enjoy their aroma! | |

Our
Wild Lavender Essential Oil, produced from flowers growing wild in higher elevations of France, is an exceptional Lavender. It is a bit 'deeper' than the High
Elevation oil, and sweeter overall. It contains higher levels of linalool, the constituent found to impart Lavender's therapeutic calming effects. The oil has a fresh, floral, soft and sweet aroma.
Lavender is indigenous to mountainous regions of the Mediterranean, gowning best in the poor, well-drained
soils. This angustifolia variety is also known as 'True' Lavender, which is considered the most important medicinally.
