| About Ananda Aromatherapy Essential Oils: |
All oils from Ananda Aromatherapy are therapeutic grade, meaning they are produced to the highest quality standards possible. Our essential oils are chosen for their integrity (all chemical constituents important for aromatherapy are intact), ecological 'soundness' (most are organic or wild grown), and wonderful aromas. You may order a sample of any oil before trying larger amounts. Most samples are about .75ml; exotic oils such as Melissa, Rose, Angelica and Jasmine are only a few drops, but certainly enough to enjoy their aroma! | |

Our
Spike Lavender Essential Oil, produced from flowers growing in France, is
a sharper, more camphorus cousin to 'True' Lavender. Native to the mountainous regions of the Mediterranean, it
appears as a cross between Lavender and Sage - and in fact, that is a close description of its aroma. If you are using Lavender for aromatic purposes - in a diffuser or otherwise, try the highland or wild varieties. Spike Lavender is best suited to other aromatherapy applications such as an anti-septic in daily-use skin blends and other topical uses.
